At DetailCreator, operated by Super LH Co., Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with our AI-powered image enhancement services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund and the process for requesting one.

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.

Subscription Refunds

You may request a full refund of your subscription payment within 7 days of purchase if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The Service was materially unavailable or non-functional during the billing period.
  • A technical error caused credits to be consumed without delivering results.
  • You were charged incorrectly, in duplicate, or for an amount different from the listed price.
  • You did not use any credits and wish to cancel within the 7-day window.

After the 7-day refund window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Credit Purchases

One-time credit purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the purchased credits have not been used. Partially used credit packs may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.

Credits that have been successfully consumed for AI image processing are non-refundable, as the underlying compute resources have already been utilized.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Credits consumed for successful image generations, even if the output did not meet your creative expectations (AI results vary).
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase.
  • Unused credits from a cancelled subscription after the billing period ends.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@detailcreator.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your registered email address.
    • The date and amount of the transaction.
    • The reason for your refund request.
    • Any relevant screenshots or error details (if applicable).
  3. Wait for confirmation. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain access to all features and remaining credits until the period ends.
  • No further charges will be made after the current period.
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan with limited credits.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact Paddle directly as the merchant of record, or reach out to your payment provider to initiate a dispute. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues directly.
