Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DetailCreator ("Service"), operated by Super LH Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

DetailCreator provides AI-powered image enhancement services for e-commerce product photography. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • AI scene generation and background replacement (Studio Genesis)
  • Style transfer from reference designs (Aesthetic Mirror)
  • Product detail enhancement, 3D effects, and upscaling (Detail Suite)
  • One-click retouching, background removal, and auto-enhancement (Quick Retouch)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
  • Verify your email address before accessing AI tools.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One person may not maintain more than one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

Our services operate on a credit-based system. Each AI processing operation consumes one or more credits depending on the tool and configuration used. New accounts receive a limited number of free credits. Additional credits are available through paid subscription plans.

4.2 Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Professional, Business). Plan details, pricing, and credit allocations are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Paddle handles applicable taxes, VAT, and sales tax where required.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The Service was materially unavailable during the billing period.
  • A technical error caused credits to be consumed without delivering results.
  • You were charged incorrectly or in duplicate.

Refund requests can be submitted to support@detailcreator.com. Credits that have been consumed for successful image generations are non-refundable. Unused credits from cancelled subscriptions are forfeited at the end of the current billing period.

4.5 Credit Expiration

Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. If your account is deleted or terminated, all remaining credits are forfeited.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload images that infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Process images containing illegal, obscene, or harmful content.
  • Generate images for fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models.
  • Circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or other technical restrictions.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service without authorization.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to investigate and terminate accounts that violate these provisions, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your images or account.

6.2 Generated Content

You own the AI-enhanced images generated through our Service. You may use them for any lawful commercial or personal purpose. We do not claim any ownership over your processed images.

6.3 Our Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and documentation, is owned by Super LH Co., Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service.

7. DMCA and Copyright Claims

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to legal@detailcreator.com including:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing.
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (b) the results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable; (c) any defects in the Service will be corrected; or (d) AI-generated images will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  • Any content obtained from the Service.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) content you upload to the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
  • Any remaining credits in your account are forfeited.
  • We may delete your account data within 30 days.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law).

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Super LH Co., Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Super LH Co., Ltd.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
  • Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
